The Eco-Op Onen Hag Oll (One & All) Ltd is a newly registered co-operative enterprise started by a group of friends in the West Penwith area of Cornwall. As of this summer (2006), the Eco-Op is inviting everyone over 16 in the West Cornwall area to become members of this exciting new venture, which aims to provide 'common co-operative ownership of the basics of life'.

We are appealing to your community spirit to join the Eco-Op at £1 per week to co-create a strong and sustainable community.

The £1pw rate was chosen to ensure that no-one would be excluded from joining, whilst at the same time asking for some commitment towards our mutual benefit.

Each £1 will go into the 'Eco-Op Central Pot' and go towards start-up funding for new projects, which will be co-owned by members. Eco-Op members will vote for the projects they believe should be first to get start-up funding.
Co-operative ventures in research stages are:-

• Bio-Diesel production
• Housing co-ops
• Social Centre with cafe, bar and entertainments
• An inital project providing organic produce is already up and running: CSA Bolankan

As a not-for-profit organisation, profits made will be ploughed back into the Central Pot to fund other new projects.
We invite new members to bring forward ideas for future projects that might include:-

• Organic Food
• Sustainable Energy including Sustainable Energy from Waste
• Sustainable Transport
• Fair Trade Clothing
• Media & Arts Co-operatives,

All of these projects will be co-owned and for the use of Eco-Op members.
The more members we have, the more people will join, the stronger we will become and the more we can develop together in harmony with Nature. Our aim is to become completely sustainable, so that we will be in a position to ride out any future storms, economic or otherwise, that non-co-operative societies might find themselves in.
