• upload
• unzip
• goto the url were you uploaded it.

step two downloaded modules

• content construction Kit (for data structuring)
• Views (for querying your data structure)
• panels (for presenting your data)

step three choose a nice theme or download the Zen theme and make your own.

Step four.

But it all together reading onscreen instructions that you downloaded with the relevant modules all themes.
